HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY CUSTOM JEWELRY ITEM TO ARRIVE? 

Since custom jewelry items (e.g.,: name necklaces, name anklets, name bracelets, name rings, initials, etc.) are uniquely made for you, please expect your customized jewelry item to have a production time of up to 10-15 business days. Shipping time is 2-3 business days. Please note that this may change during times when we are experiencing a high volume of orders. 

Our business days are Monday-Saturday. Non-business days include Sunday and USPS listed holidays. Please allow up to 24 hours to see live tracking updates. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to email info@lunacustomjewelry.com with your order # in the subject line for further details and information pertaining to your order.

Shipping takes 3-5 business days. Our business days are Monday-Saturday. Non-business days include Sunday and USPS listed holidays. CAN I SEE A PREVIEW OF HOW MY NAME WOULD LOOK LIKE IN A FONT BEFORE I PURCHASE? 

Absolutely! Click on the "Contact Us"  tab and message us the name(s) and we will send you a preview in all the fonts within 24-48 hours!

I NOTICED THAT I MISSPELLED/FORGOT TO TYPE IN THE NAME IN THE TEXTBOX, WHAT DO I DO? 

If you noticed that you misspelled the name please email info@lunacustomjewelry.com with your order # in the subject line as soon as possible so that we can make the correction before your item starts being produced or click on the "Contact Us" tab.

WHAT IS GOLD PLATED?

Plating is a process where a thin layer of gold is placed on to coat the surface of another metal such as sterling silver. As the jewelry is not 100% gold, extra care should be taken to maximize its lifespan. Click on the "Jewelry Care" tab for more info and easy tips on how to take care of your gold plated or silver jewelry.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS FOR A NAME THAT IS MISSPELLED? 

Unfortunately, we only accept returns for names that are misspelled if it was due to our error. Please always be sure to double check the name you insert in the textbox for any typos.

WHY HAVE I ONLY RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL, BUT NOT A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL? 

If you have only received an order confirmation email, it means that your order is either still under production (applies to custom jewelry) or being packaged (applies to non-custom jewelry). As soon as your item has finished being produced or is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This shipping confirmation email will contain your tracking information where you'll be able to track your order. 

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

You are supposed to receive an order confirmation as soon as you finalize your purchase and finish checking out. Most commonly, there is a typo when entering your information. Please click on the "Contact Us" tab and submit a request to correct your email address with your order #, and we will be ready to resend the order confirmation email for you.
